Responsibilities
- Follow Established Integration Processes: Adhere to established integration processes and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collect Pre-Integration Information: Assist the Integration manager in gathering all necessary information for integration projects to ensure a smooth process.
- Plan and Coordinate Integration Projects: Assist and Oversee integration projects from design and development through QA to production release, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Ensure Top-Quality Delivery: Make sure the final product meets our high standards and regulatory requirements.
- API Integration Expertise: Understand the API integration process in detail and provide support to external partners throughout the integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support successful integration outcomes.
- Post-Integration Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-integration, including managing planned changes and updates.
- Monitor Deliverables: Ensure all deliverables are met on time and escalate any issues that may arise.
- Documentation: Assist in creation and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all integration projects and processes.
- Transaction Verification: Check the legitimacy of transactions when concerns are raised to ensure compliance and security.
Qualifications
- Strong command of both verbal and written English Basic knowledge of API communication, HTTP, REST, JSON.
- Basic knowledge of Internal tools like Clickup, Jira, Confluence.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good computer skills with basic programs, e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
